Before you drive over
Walk-ins are welcome for anything that takes under fifteen minutes: a regrip, a quick loft and lie check, a shaft question, or borrowing the gauge to see what your current clubs actually measure. We will do that for nothing and we will not push you towards a session afterwards.
Anything longer needs a slot. There is one bay, so if it is occupied there is genuinely nowhere to put you. Reserve bench time or call and we will find a window, often the same week outside of May and June.
If you are bringing a full bag in for an audit, take five minutes to clean the grooves and the grips first. Not for our benefit. Wear patterns read far more clearly on a clean face, and a dirty grip hides exactly the kind of glazing that tells us how hard you are holding on.
